I'm celebrating another book completely done. Crimson Eve--next in the Kanner Lake series. (Releasing September 7.) Done means written, rewritten, track-changed, copy-edited, proofed, and front and back book covers approved. Nothin' left to do but publish the thing.
My favorite part.
I received the final book cover copy (front and back) to approve today. I love how they've taken the front graphic, flipped it and blurred it on the back. Very nice touch. And the front cover art of a lone, stripped tree all by itself in a sea of red is quite symbolic for the protagonist.

Ooh, I love the colors on this one, too. This is a beautiful cover. I can't wait to see all four books side-by-side... they're going to be gorgeous!
Wow. Congrats, Brandilyn. It's lovely, though I have no doubt murder and mayhem lurk beneath the covers. You go, writer girl!
