The Photo
The victim's crossed eyes. The assailant's maniacal grin. And it happened on the floor of ICRS.
This is the result of pairing a sweet young Asian chick-lit writer with a warped-minded suspense novelist. Brings a whole new meaning to Zondervan's motto, Live Life Inspired.
"Yes, the hyoid bone was fractured, indicating manual strangulation. It appears that the assailant was a woman--right-handed, fairly tall, and probably with red hair." "Amazing, Holmes." "Not at all, Watson. Just look at the photo on Brandilyn's web site."
I've been lurking about for a few days now and I wanted to say thank you. I've wanted to be a writer since I was a little girl, but I've come up with one excuse after another why it would never happen... God's really been dealing with my heart over the last few weeks. I stumbled across your site last week and ended up reading your "How I got here" (all 65 parts) and I can't tell you how much it encouraged me. So, thank you!

Priceless!
How funny! Maybe you two should team up for a book. :)
A scream! No pun intended.
Poor Camy!! Brandilyn, how could you?
Great picture!
Camy, defend yourself! Judo-CHOP!!!
Uh-oh! This reminds me of when authors started dropping like flies at MH.
I have always been in awe of you, Brandilyn. But now I'm just plain frightened. LOL.
A prisoner of hope,
Megan

What, is this some kind of Zondervan new author ritual?
Hmmmm...
Great to see you both in Atlanta!
Rachel
