I WANT this book! But I'm scared to death to read it. Did you read it, Brandilyn? *Grin* 'Cuz I feel quite sure NO ONE in the BHCC has read this book. NO ONE.
Yes, Lynette, I read it and enjoyed it. Is it too intense for BHCC members? I guess so, but it's hard for me to approach a book with that mindset. There are a lot of places in it that provide backstory for the killer, which are more psychological in nature. These are feature articles--actually a long feature article broken into parts. These provide "let-down" time for anyone who's easily frightened.
I say if you want to read it--go for it.
Hello Brandilyn, I just wanted to comment that Ted Dekker is one of my favorite authors. I am currently reading Showdown, and I am looking forward to getting to Adam in the near future. Of course, I have yet to read any of yours, but Eden told me they are good. Hope to see you in June.
