This sunset picture (taken from our backyard) gives you an idea of why I named the first in the Kanner Lake series Violet Dawn. We truly do get violet sunrises and sunsets.
And we'll also see a Crimson Eve now and then.
I've also seen more than one Amber Morn and a totally cool Coral Moon.
I'll try to blog this week as I can. Keep in mind I've got lots of company these days, and we're now in a count-down to the wedding this Saturday. If I'm quiet you can always talk amongst yourselves. Maybe the 99 percent lurker BGs will even emerge ...

Heh, if I start talking, I don't shut up, so view yourself blessed that I'm happy to participate from the shadows of the violet dawn.
Wow, those are beautiful! I'll have to save those and let my husband see them. He migth paint them. :D
hey brandilyn i just wanted to let you know i just finished reading your Bradleyville series. I loved it! So different from all the suspense novels but equally as enjoyable. i loved how you mentioned nsync in the 3rd book lol. i enjoyed seeing all the ties between the three books.
That is absolutely stunning. I hope the wedding goes wonderfully!
Deborah, thanks for your kind words. I'm so glad you enjoyed the Bradleyville series.
My daughter and I loved going to the "Boy Band" concerts in their heyday. Who knew those concerts would serve as research for that third Bradleyville book? :) They also served as research for the current young adult suspense series my daughter and I are writing together-the Rayne Tour series.
Stunning views.
I'm a huge fan of sunsets. Just check out my lastest post. "Sunsets are God's smoothies to the world."
Great pics!!!
