UPDATE: This giveaway is now closed and the winners have been chosen. Thanks to all who participated!

First, a little more about these books. These are mass market paperbacks--my only novel to be published in this size. They are remnants from a special print offer for Eyes of Elisha. With the purchase of another book, buyers could pick up the mass market EOE for 99 cents. This was a one-time deal, and no more books like these will be printed. Call 'em collector's items. :)
Eyes of Elisha was my first suspense, published in 2001. It was a bestseller and remains one of my most popular titles. It features Chelsea Adams, who has the gift of visions. Which, uh, tend to get her in a little trouble. My second suspense featuring Chelsea is Dread Champion. Chelsea also comes back later to co-star with forensic artist Annie Kingston in Web of Lies, fourth and final in my Hidden Faces series.
The giveaway:
1. Twenty copies will be sent to folks who've never read a Brandilyn Collins novel. (Do such people really exist?) Do you have a friend or family member who loves suspense but has yet to discover my books? Leave a comment telling me your friend's name and why you want him/her to receive a copy.
2. Ten copies will be sent to church libraries. Would your church library be interested in this novel? Tell me the name of your church and why you think it would.
3. Ten copies will be sent to members of ten different book clubs. Do you think your book club would be interested in reading Eyes of Elisha? Tell me about your club, and why you think EOE would be a good fit. (By the way, I have discussion questions for EOE I can send you.)
4. Eight copies will be sent to people who promise to blog about their experience in reading the book (without giving away any twists!) Send me the URL of your blog and tell me why you'd like to receive a copy.
In each instance I'll choose recipients from the comments. In your comment please include your email address in this spelled-out form: name (at) server (dot) com.
Everybody got it? Have fun with your creative comments! Don't forget to leave your email address.

Hi,
I'm interested in owning a copy of your book. My email address is: apryldotfoxatgmail(dot)com
I hope I did that right!
I stumbled here from another blog, which I got to from another blog...I have never read of you or your books! So naturally, I would love to have a book. I am new at blogging but could blog a review for you but am not sure how to link up with you :( so I will give you both pieces of information and let you choose :) neadnitromom@aol.com ~or~ windingpaths@zanga.com (or should it be zanga.com/windingpaths)
Hi Brandilyn,
I am posting this for my mom, she can't get the blog to pull up right on her computer.
So here goes:
I have a blog at www.mybookaddictionandmore.wordpress.com and I would love for her to write a review and post about this title. She has read you in the past and does enjoy your writing. I would also love to have you guest blog.
We also have a bookclub. I am part of 2 online bookclubs, one for romance only, and one for everything. And one in person bookclub, where we discuss all books.I'd love to be able to feature your book for any or all of these clubs. I love to offer Christian Fiction titles to people who may not otherwise be open to reading them. It's always great to see their look when they realize how great these books are.
As yet I have not read your books, while my mother has.
Thanks so much,
WendyK

Brandilyn,
I've never read one of your books. I did buy one last night at Books A Million.
My church, Grace Presbyterian Church, just opened a church library a couple of months ago. We are still adding books to our modest collection.

For a person who has never read one of your books, my 14yo son, Bernard. Because he likes to read but doesn't go out of his way to do it. Because he thinks it's cool when Mommy gets book packages in the mail, and it would be even cooler for him to get one. And because, whenever I've nudged--okay, shoved--him into reading a Christian fiction book, based on what I think he'll like, he's come away loving it.

Brandilyn,
Ooo maybe this is my chance! :) I, sadly, have never read one of your books but not for lack of want only out of naivety. My grandmother loves suspense and I'd like to introduce her to your books as well. That would be at least two readers for one book!
But... I would certainly love to write a blog post review. If you choose me as a book recipient feel free to choose which category is in more need.
Jessie at Blog Schmog
And yet, I didn't follow the rules.

Hi,
I would like to enter for my church library. I have read a couple of your books during the day time only (they tend to freak me out.) Our church (Buffalo Covenant Church in MN) has a well-used but small library and I know they don't carry your books.
Thanks,
wsmarple/at/gmail/dot/com
I have a cousin who loves to read, Cindy Merryman, but does not have resources to buy books, due to layoffs and health issues. I would love for her to receive a book.
desertrose5173 at gmail dot com
I would love to win it also, as I have not read this one. I have already blogged on a book of yours in the past. http://onedesertrose.wordpress.com/
desertrose5173 at gmail dot com
I vow to blog about the book without giving away the plot!
I'm trying to get into the habit of blogging; it's different. I wasn't the kid in school who kept journals or diaries; so, for me, I come up with cool things right as I'm drifting off to sleep and thinking I'll remember the next morning...I go to sleep..HA!
But since I vowed; you can believe it.

Hi,
I have a friend that just began reading my book club books, I pass them along. She is a wonderful person who loves to read, and I would be honored for her to have a copy, She has not read any of your books.
Ricy Allen
allenandallen@att.net
Wowzah, Brandilyn! Can I enter in more than one category? :)
I've yet to read one of your novels, having just discovered you. And I'm looking forward to my first Brandilyn Collins suspense!!! I was going to start with your first anyway, so....
I'm the chairman of our church library committee, and we totally redid our library this summer! We boxed up hundreds of out of date books and started from scratch. I'd love to have some Brandilyn Collins in my fiction section!!! (That was my section to stock, and I've got another bookcase to fill.)
One of our women's small groups (we call them SheCells) is a book club. I'm sure they would LOVE to read your book (AND have the discussion questions too!). Ok, this one isn't personal, but it's for my church. :)
I've started doing book reviews on my blog - A Work in Progress... I'd probably review it on my blog if I read it without winning, but you didn't hear that from me. ;)
My church is First Baptist McDonough. Our website is fbcmcdonough dot com. (I should add a library page, huh? I just thought of that.
Bless you, Brandilyn!!

Thanks for the opportunity!

My seventeen-year-old daughter devours great writing yet hasn't discovered your work. This is poor parenting on my part. You can make me a better father and her a more broadly read student by including her in the giveaway. She is an apostle for her favorite writers. She gives books as gifts to friends and teachers.
I have actually yet to read one of your books. I have many on my TBR list but I haven't had a chance to get any yet. And I do have a blog where I do reviews:

Ahhhh...This poor soul has never had the priveledge of reading one of your books...The suspense is killing me to see if I'll be picked! Can't wait to see the reaction I'll have actually reading your book!

My husband is pastor of a small rural church who depends entirely upon donations for it's library. The ladies of our church have just recently discovered you and your books and have enjoyed the Kanner Lake series tremendously. We would love to have a copy of Eyes of Elisha for our library to enjoy at Lone Oak Bpatist Church in Axton VA. Thank you very much, my email is palmerslancer@yahoo.com.
I love reading Christian fiction. Suspense is my favorite! I do have a blog, but am not very talented in that area. I also am working on our church library. We love getting new books! Being the Pastor's wife, I also like to give little gifts to traveling missionaries. I think your book would be a great gift!
fancyfashions (at) yahoo (dot) com
Having come to know some about you and your books as a facebook friend, I've been thinking about getting one. I haven't read any yet and would appreciate receiving one, if possible. After reading a book by a new author and enjoying it, I usually buy other books by that author for myself and to give others. Thank you for offering to share your books!
conarnold@gmail.com
I’m sure I must confess,
Not a trick, but a treat, you see
For the first time to read Brandilyn’s mystery.
I would post it on my blog
A give-away it would be,
For another blessed person
Who loves mysteries.
edwina.cowgill (at) yahoo (dot) com
I would like a copy either for our library book discussion group ( a group of 10 ladies that LOVE christian fiction) or for our church library.
Count me OUT for option #1 - I've certainly read your books before :-.
On to all the other options - we have quite a nice collection of your books in church library and this would be a welcome addition.
Our church has just started a Christian fiction book club and whether or not it's one of the books we'll review, most of the participants are new to Christian fiction and are eager to experience a new author.
And, the last...well, I blog regularly about books I have read and reviewed.
All the way around - it's a win/win situation for you!
Good luck choosing - thank you for the opportunity~

Brandilyn,

Okay. I've read several of your books so I do not qualify for #1. My step-mom enjoys a lot of the same types of books as I do BUT...I want the book:) I'll post about it on Becausesomeonecares.com if you'll allow me too. I can be reached at Rachelebennett(at)hotmail(dot)com

I have never read any of your books so would love to receive one. I would also like to post a blog about it after I read it on my blog at Jacketflap.com. I use to review for Alan YA Book Club, so have some experience at promoting books. My email is theinkjunkie at gmail dot com
P.S. Any chance the books will be signed?
Hi Brandilyn,
I would love a copy of Elisha's Eyes for my wife, Kathy. Currently she's too ill to read much but she loves suspense. And when she's healed she'd love to read your novel:)
In the meantime I could read it and I will have a blog up the beginning of next year called FaithStory Mosaics at blogspot dot com.
My email address is ckraft65(at)yahoo(dot)com
Thanks, Chris Kraft
Hi, my best friend sent me this blog telling me I might be able to get a free book. I have read a couple of your books and loved them, so I would not qualify for #1. I will blog about what I read though and would love to read your book. Thanks from Terri at jcls777@gmail.com
I'd be delighted to read the book and blog about it without giving away any of the twists. I just recently read my first Brandilyn Collins series - the one about the forensic artist. Forensics is a topic that has long interested me. I never read Eyes of Elisha, however.

Brandilyn,
I'm posting this for my mother, she has just gone through a stem cell transplant for cancer.
During her recovery in the hospital she actually started to read novels and not just self help books. Can you imagine... I've been writing for years and while she tells people about my books she's never read one.
I would like to win one of your books for her. In the hopes that maybe if she keep reading Christian novels, she may actually decide to read one of mine.
Thanks
Brandilyn,
I love your books and have read them so I don't qualify as someone who hasn't read your books. HOWEVER, our church is starting a brand new library!!! We are taking an unused room (it's been a junk room for the most part) and are turning it into a church library. We're starting from SCRATCH! No books, no shelves, only a vision: to offer wonderful quality Christian reading materials to the members of our church. We're a small sized Southern Baptist Church located in North Central Florida and would be honored if you'd consider us for a copy of Eyes of Elisha. If we're chosen you can reach me at DiamondLady47(at)gmail(dot)com
I had heard a lot about your books and so I borrowed a copy from the library. It was excellent! I would love to have a copy I can send to my nieces, Alex and Jaclyn. I know they haven't read any of your books and would really enjoy EOE.
Thanks for the chance to win.

Hello my name is Lynn. I would be interested in reading your book. I have not read any of your books yet but love a good Christian Mystery. I would also write up a review and place on my website and also on goodreads.

I would love a copy of Eyes of Elisha. I have already bought and given away multiple copies because I think the book is one of my all-time favorite christian fictions. I think a copy would be especially useful for our church library. We could use even use it as a creative tool for helping teach on the reality of God's spiritual gifts. Sometimes those gifts are hard to explain and Eyes of Elisha highlights that fact. Still, the book leads people to believe and trust in prayer. Ultimately we can experience the supernatural in today's world if we let God do His stuff.
Sincerely,
Shane Pippin

This is a great book! I would be entering to win it, except I've read it already. SOOO GOOD!
Hi Brandilyn,
I would love to read Eyes of Elisha and post about it on my blog page http://anniesdreamjournals.blogspot.com/ because the story fits perfectly with one of the blogs I'll be posting soon about Psychic Dreams. I have a very strong interest in the subject of psychic visions, as I've had many myself through-out the years (especially through my sleeping dreams.) It will be interesting to see what Elisha does with her gift in Eyes of Elisha because it can be a challenge to know the purpose of receiving such a gift & knowing what to do with it. You're one of my favorite authors and I look forward to reading Eyes of Elisha. My email address if baldwin.ann3@gmail.com
I love your books, Brandilyn! I would love to read Eyes of Elisha. I know that many of my friends have never read your books, and I really would like to turn them on to it.
You wanted creative comments. Did you know that the difference in the names Elisha and Elijah is much closer in English than in Hebrew? They're really not that close in Hebrew. Really! :)
marfotic@gmail.com
Hi! I've read your Bradleyville series and was really blessed and challanged by them. I haven't yet read any of your suspence novels, and my sister (who is a huge Christian fiction fan) hasn't read any of your books. So I would love if I could win her a copy of your book. :)

Eyes of Elisha is the book I was reading when I had the experience I posted on ACRW the next day which earned me the title The Gun Lady on the loop. :D I loaned my copy out and it never came back. The person has since moved away. :( So I'd love another copy to read again (this time with people at home and all my lights on, my gun on my lap, teehee).
Also I'd love to put it in the church library after I finish because the ladies of our church have been reading every book I bring in and ask for more.
pamngreg(at)sbcglobal(dot)net
Great book!
I have read your books and LOVE your books. But I have a friend, Erica, who hasn't read your books before. I think she'd really enjoy your books.
I think my church library, Farragut Christian Church in Knoxville, TN would really enjoy a copy of your book. I think there's only a couple of your books there, but they are your earlier books, the Bradlyeville Series. It is a small church library and they don't have any of your suspense novels yet and I know this would be a good one to start with.
jrenee052(at)yahoo(dot)com
I had a chance to meet you at Writing for the Soul in CO Springs. I'd love to review a copy and post on my blog. My wife and I are adopting a baby from Ethiopia an $$$ is tight...so a copy of your book would be a early Christmas gift. Thanks

I am interested in receiving one of your books. I have one of your books - Getting Into Character - but have never read one of your mysteries, but after having become an official member of the Big Honkin' Chicken Club and you having settled my fears of your books not keeping me awake at night, I'd like to read one. I'll pass it on to my daughter after I blog about it on my site: www.sherriwoodbridge.com. Thanks for the contest, Brandilyn!

I'm a moderator of an online bookclub and your name has come up a couple of times recently. We have at least 3-4 members who haven't read your books and were asking which one to start with. I've been tooting your horn for Eyes of Elisha and saying it's a MUST read...since it's my personal favorite. I don't think anyone has raced out to get it yet, as we've just recently been chatting about it. I'd love if the gals could get a copy and we'd discuss it! Thanks for this opportunity.

I am writing from Quesnel, BC. My 14 yr old daughter is on the library team, who have worked hard to get our small church library up and running. Eyes of Elisha would be an excellent addition to the Lakeview Church library. It is a great introductory novel to your writing!

I have never read this book, and would like a copy. I am a face book friend, so would talk about it on face book. Also I would like to have one for our church library: Rosewood Baptist Church in Rosewood, Queensland, Australia. If chosen, you can reach me at elainhow(at)gmail(dot)com
I have never read one of your books and so that would be cool. I love to read!
Also, my church has a library that would love to have this book. Hesston MB.
What great ideas for the contest!
OK. I'm embarrassed to admit I've never read one of your books. *blush* But, should I win a copy I will not only read (and most likely highly enjoy) but I will review the book on my blog (not giving away any amazing plot twist), and Amazon (again no spoilers), and I will give it to my very good BFF who will read it and pass it on and on and on it will go. We will spread the word of your great work and you shall know our velocity Ms. Brandilyn. ;) So pretty please with a cherry on top. You will not be sorry missy.
BTW, I so heart your blog.

I'm sorry but I've never read your books. You invited me to be your friend on facebook,so now we are friends. I suffer from depression, and I have found that reading Christian fiction helps me with my condition. I never use to read anything. I hated to read. Then I came down with this illness, and my wonderful Christian father suggested that I read some Christian fiction books. I started reading them and have discovered a new love for reading. I do not get out much, due to the depression. If I do not win one of your books I will try and find one on my own. Thank you for asking me to be your friend on Facebook.

Hi - What a great idea for a contest - particularly the part about giving copies church libraries.
I write a column for Examiner.com on relationships and all things related. I have featured books a couple of times, whereby I turned the book review into some relationship focus.
I have never read any of your books before, but would be more than willing to see if I could promote you through my column.
My spot can be found here

The other articles I wrote on MAGGIE: The DOG WHO CHANGED MY LIFE and ARCTURUS.
Anyway, good luck with your writing and your contest!
Hi, Brandilyn,
Although we are facebook friends, I've never read any of your books. I haven't read anything from Christian authors in a long time. I am struggling with Christianity right now, but would love the chance to read one of your novels.
As a high school English teacher, I am always looking for quality Christian fiction for my students to read. Our school library does not have ANY of your books; I would be thrilled to receive EOE as the first Collins book for my readers at Temple Christian School in Dayton, Ohio. Mrs. Nanci Thompson

My husband enjoys suspense and mystery and I'd love to introduce him to Chrstian authors in that genre. Hope I win one for him.
I've never read any of your books yet, but I have a couple on my amazon wish list. I would love to read one of your books and get to know your writing.

I'm ashamed to say that even after sitting under your tutalage at the 2008 ACFW conference - the front row every night - I haven't yet picked up or had the library order one of your books to read. I write this with a red face and the promise to donate it to my local library after I've devoured it and fallen in love with your writing as much as I enjoyed you in person.
Thanks, Becky

This is my second attempt at sending them. I sent one that I don't think it got through.
Dear Brandilyn:
As I have apparently been residing on Jupiter, I have never read one of your intriguing books. "How on earth could you have missed them?" you may ask. I was not on earth!
Since I am the pastor's wife of a small country church whose members may not have read one of your marvelous books either, I promise to pass it on after I've finished devouring it. When you've lived on Jupiter, you devour books one after the other.
On my blog, Audience of ONE, I love to recommend delightful books I've devoured and want others to discover.
Please include me in your generous giveaways.
Thank you,
Jen

I practically fainted when I saw 48 copies I thought surely I have a chance !!! But then saw I only qualify for the smallest drawing of them all :-( . I can't think of anyone in particular to suggest who hasn't read you. My church has no library I don't belong to any book clubs but by jingo I WILL BLOG !!!!
I used to blog every single day each day was a theme but I burned out so now I only blog rarely for something special and a Brandilyn Collins book certainly qualifies !
I promise I'll blog about it as soon as it arrives and I read it as I shall need to refresh my memory on the storyline, unfortunately the library in my town has almost no christian suspense ( nothing of yours ) and the only one of your books I own is Dark Pursuit.
I'll be blogging on my shoutlife blog the click-able link I'll add with my name and my email is

I've never read one of your books and if I were to receive one I would most certainly blog about it. I blog about all the books I read. I love to read. Thanks for the opportunity.
